Our Composition of the Week was selected as first place in category one (Grades 2-3) of the 2nd WASBE Composition Competition.
“The Brave Tin Soldier” is a piece that has been written in three movements –The Little Soldier, Dancer Girl, and The Evil Elf & End–in which the author try to musically capture the personality of three main characters about the classic of Hans Christian Andersen.
David Postiguillo Moscardó (b. Manuel, Spain) is a Spanish composer, educator and hornist. He is Director EMMA (Music School of Manuel) in Agrupació Musical de Manuel in Valencia, Spain.
