As a member of WASBE, you will:

​

  • receive an electronic version of the WASBE World magazine (quarterly) and WASBE Journal (annually) and have the opportunity to submit articles and research papers.

  • receive the WASBE ePostcard on a regular basis.

  • have immediate access to current information on wind band activities around the world on the WASBE website including news about world premieres, conducting seminars, upcoming events, upcoming concerts to be streamed, and other important international developments.

  • have access to the WASBE Repertoire List on the website that has been submitted by members for your professional benefit and you will be able to propose other works to be included.

  • have links to many repertoire resources and website links to wind band composers.

  • be invited to participate in both regional and international WASBE conferences at which the world’s finest wind bands and ensembles may be heard, an extensive music industry exhibition may be visited, and lectures, workshops, master classes and panel discussions may be attended.

Student Membership

$40 annually

Student Membership is only available to students 25 years of age or younger.

Enjoys all WASBE benefits and receive all publications as PDF files.

Foundation Membership

$150 annually

Foundation Membership is paid to the WASBE Foundation and has the same benefits as Full Membership.

​

Foundation members will receive a tax receipt in acknowledgement of their contribution to the Foundation. WASBE is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit in the United States.

​

In addition, Foundation members will be listed as a Foundation Sponsor on conference programs.

Full Membership

$80 annually

Full Members enjoy all WASBE benefits and receive all publications as PDF files.

Lifetime Membership

$400 one-time

Lifetime Membership shall be available to members who have been active in the Association for a period of not less than ten consecutive years and are 65 years of age or older.

Lifetime members enjoy all WASBE benefits and receive all publications electronically (pdf).

Industrial Membership

$140 annually

Companies, Institutions, Bands, Orchestras, Ensembles, Publishers, Music Information Centers, Music Travel Agencies, etc. Industrial Members enjoy all WASBE benefits and receive all publications electronically (pdf).

Industrial Members will receive a 20% discount for advertising in WASBE World and a 20% discount for exhibiting at a WASBE International Conferences. In addition, Industrial Members will be listed as a Sponsor on conference programs.

    Everyone can purchase the sheet music! However, if you would like to purchase any of the piece at a member price of $30 per piece, join us as a WASBE member (regular membership: $80 per annum)! Visit www.wasbe.org/join for more information.
